Because we are convinced that our products are built to last, we offer frames with a guarantee on all our flagship models.
Guaranteed window frames for greater peace of mind
Since January 2025, the frames of Haemmerlin wheelbarrows have been covered by a warranty of up to 10 years, a testament to our confidence in the durability and sturdiness of our equipment, manufactured at our factory in Saverne, France.
This warranty covers the replacement of the frame with an identical model in the event of wear and tear rendering the wheelbarrow unusable, subject to normal and proper use.
The applicable warranty periods are as follows:
- 3 years for CP2i frames
- 6 years for Clipso® frames
- 10 years for Alpha frames.

What the warranty covers
- Replacement of the chassis in the event of normal wear and tear
- Warranty valid for both business and private use
- Coverage subject to presentation of proof of purchase dated after 1 January 2025.

What the warranty does not cover
- Cosmetic defects resulting from improper handling
- Deformations caused by inappropriate or excessive use
- Models not covered: KIT, PREMS, CORNIERE, EXPERT TWIN PREMIUM 160, EXPERT TWIN EXCELLIUM, AGRICOLA TWIN, as well as trolleys.
A quick and easy process
To make a claim under your warranty, simply:
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) dated after 1 January 2025
- Send a clear photo of the damaged frame showing the Haemmerlin label
- Attach a clear image of the defect.
You can submit your claim via our customer service team at welcome@haemmerlin.com.
Once approved, a new frame will be sent to your home or to a retail outlet.
To claim under your warranty, simply:
